This session will help you understand the theoretical background of what a MVP is in general, but more specifically why it can be important for your business. With a failure rate of 72% for new product development, it makes only sense to ask yourself: What is it that distinguishes those who are successful from the rest? On what path(s) do they venture to find good product-market fit correlations, not only once or twice, but continuously over time? To answer question hands-on, this session will also be about following this successful path, thinking fast from 0 to 100, staying simple, making (a lot of) mistakes, and sketching your first prototype.
