This session will help you understand the theoretical background of what an MVP is in general, but more specifically why it can be important for your business. With a failure rate of 72% for new product development, it makes only sense to ask yourself: what is it that distinguishes those who are successful from the rest? On what path(s) do they venture to find good product-market fit correlations, not only once or twice, but continuously over time?
This session will also be about presenting successful cases and the importance of staying simple, making (a lot of) mistakes, and sketching your first prototype.
